Snowdrop - C4V app for iPhone and iPad
The C4V app helps Allegheny County crime victims track their offender’s status in the justice system. The app will notify users when the offenders status changes, inform them about stages in the incarceration, judicial, and release process, and provide information related to their services with Center for Victims.
